Terms of Service

EcoClear Pros provides professional waste management and structural removal services across Johannesburg and Gauteng, including but not limited to:

• Rubble removal
• Garden refuse removal
• Garage & property clearance
• Junk removal
• Demolition clean-up
• Site preparation services

Quotations provided via WhatsApp, phone, or email are estimates based on the information and photos supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Actual waste volume and weight upon site arrival.
• Labour intensity and specialized equipment requirements.
• Site access conditions (e.g., steep driveways, narrow complex access).
• Location-specific transport costs within Gauteng.

To ensure a safe and efficient service, customers must:

• Provide accurate descriptions and photos of the job requirements.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for our fleet and crew.
• Notify us of any underground utilities or site-specific hazards.

Note: We do not accept hazardous materials, medical waste, or illegal substances.

Payment is strictly required upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept EFT and cash. Unpaid invoices may incur late payment fees or collection costs.

While we strive for punctuality, service times may fluctuate due to traffic conditions, severe weather, or unforeseen operational delays within the Johannesburg region.

EcoClear Pros exercises extreme care during service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or undisclosed site hazards. We recommend customers notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from our services will be handled within the jurisdiction of the South African legal system.
